Terms of Service

AIWebAudit is an automated tool that fetches a public webpage and produces a report about it — speed, SEO, accessibility, security, mobile experience, content, and (for Pro accounts) AI visibility, mystery-shopper walkthroughs, competitor change tracking, and lead-response measurement. Reports are informational and are not professional advice.

You may only submit domains you own, have permission to audit, or that are lawfully accessible to the public. You must not use AIWebAudit to attack, scrape at scale, or bypass access controls on any site.

Free anonymous audits are rate-limited per IP address (5 per 10 minutes, 20 per day). We may lower or raise these limits, add new abuse controls, or block access without notice if the service is being abused.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for anything done under your account. You can delete your account at any time by emailing hello@aiwebaudit.com.

• Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as our merchant of record. Paddle handles VAT/sales tax where applicable.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you chose (monthly). You can cancel any time from the account menu; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• If a charge is incorrect or you're unhappy with the service, email us within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund it. Paddle's own refund policy also applies.
• We may change plan prices with at least 30 days' notice for existing subscribers.

Parts of the report — headline rewrites, priority summaries, mystery-shopper narrative — are produced by large language models. LLMs can make mistakes. Review the suggestions and confirm anything important before acting on it.

The service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running, accurate, and useful, but we don't guarantee uptime, that reports are error-free, or that following our suggestions will improve any specific business outcome (traffic, rankings, revenue).

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of AIWebAudit is limited to what you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

You can stop using AIWebAudit whenever you like. We can suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, use the service to attack third parties, or abuse the free tier.

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any dispute will be dealt with in the courts of New Zealand.
